Matariki

                                 

    Matariki is one of the most popular thing about matariki 
    because you  get have new year with your family and it will 
    be fun because you get to go swimming which is so fun.
    The seven sister are over as right now and it look really cool        and when you go outside you can look up and see the                  shining star I love how they shine it is so cool.

         For Matariki I did flax weaving and  we made rose with                     putiputi which is is a flower. I used my noticing muscle to watch to see how to do each step. 

              

Kicking

Pe kicking is fun because you can do drop kicks it is so fun because we can kick it over the goal and it is really easy.

I am learning to kick straight and it is really hard but I keep  trying and I got it straight once and the when I did I failed.


I am proud of my kick because it is really like the way I kick the  rugby ball.

Step 1 is hold the ball away from your stomach.

Step 2 you let it go and then you kick it but you do not throw it up. 

Art work

I am proud of my art,because it looks cool and I made different colors with the paint .  

I am leaning to do shades and tints.

                      I have been leaning to work on the distance.

 I went dark to light to make this.  
I like how I painted carefully.

I am brave.
 I wonder if I will get a dog?
I hear If my mum say Jharvarnah come so there I go.
 I see my rabbit every day after school.
 I want to go to Hamilton to go see the animal’s.
 I am brave.
I pretend that I am sleeping when I have to go to bed.
I feel happy when I play with my rabbit.
 I touch my dad's tools when I am in my dad's shed.
I worry about my brother when he is shaking.
 I cry because my brother goes to hospital.
 I am brave.
 I understand how to help mum.
I say to my sister to go away when I play friend.
 I dream of having a fish in my room.
I try to stay up but I can’t.
I hope that my birthday is going to be fun.
 I am brave.

I am proud of myself,because I am doing well with my work and it is fun.

I think my poem is great because it tells people about me. 

I have been learning to solve problems in my writing and check it makes sense.

I am learning to write more interesting words then what I used to do.
